Johnny is North Vancouver's hidden secret (well not so hidden anymore) and another power member of the Industry Grooming Lounge team from day one. We are incredibly lucky to have this Irish lad believe in us as much as we do him. He is rapidly becoming the North Shores golden barber and we can see why...his fades are absolute perfection and his "Flow" haircuts have been taking our high school hallways by storm.

Victor is Industry's newest addition though his experience as a barber is far from new. He trained in Chile in 2017 and his passion for the barbering industry led to him owning his own shop before deciding to move to Canada with his young family to pursue his dreams. He's a highly trained Chilean barber, lover of his family and life. Music and football are his great passions and a year ago he discovered the wonders of Vancouver.

Michaela is a professionally trained and licensed, barber at Industry. She was mentored at one of downtown YVR's most highly regarded barber shops before deciding to build her career on the mountains of North Vancouver.
